Start with the basics, the way that Joseph Pilates intended,
and get the most out of your Pilates Mat Classes. You will learn the
fundamentals and proper technique, focusing on body connections, breathing,
alignment, and awareness. Great for newcomers and for those who want to refine
their knowledge, understanding, and ability. This class will help you create a
strong, flexible spine, and improve your posture and body alignment. No
experience required. Bring your own mat.
