Red Hills Adult Program is designed for active adults who desire challenge and variety in their training program. This program will improve stamina, strength and coordination during the 60 minute movement based classes. Sessions are fun, educational and challenging. Your results will be improved body composition, movement, exercise technique and overall fitness.
