Lifeguard TrainingThis course focuses on the job of a lifeguard in a swimming pool environment with an emphasis in victim recognition, surveillance and equipment based rescues. Upon completion the successful candidate will hold nationally recognized Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR-PR and AED certifications (good for two years). Course prerequisites will be tested the first day.
Who: Good swimmers age 15 years and up
Dates: November 15 - 24 (two weekends)
When: Friday, 6 - 9:30 p.m.; Saturday, 9 - 3:30 p.m.; Sunday 9 - 3:30 p.m.
