New class offering at the Aquatic Center


Deep Water Exercise – New!
Yes! We can exercise in deep water. With the aid of a “jogging belt” this 60 minute class is sure to get your heart rate up. This class has zero impact and works with the water’s resistive properties to get a complete workout. With the aid of dumbbells toning exercises for core and upper body are included.
