On Serve Day--Sept. 9, 2010--about 100 George Fox students put in about 600 hours of labor helping out around Chehalem Park and Recreation District. Thank you!
- Spread bark chips on Dundee Billick Park playground, trimmed trees and cleaned weeds from baseball infields
- Removed blackberries from the Harvey Creek Trail in cooperation with the City of Dundee
- At Chehalem Cultural Center they cleaned windows, pulled weeds, placed 42 parking stops for temporary parking, removed the old fence surrounding the center and helped dig and locate an empty electrical conduit which will be used in the future to bring power out to the lawn area.
- At the Community Center they cleaned windows
- At the Adult Enrichment Center, they cleaned wilndows and pulled weeds
- At Chehalem Golf course, they helped clear brush along the new pedestrian trail
- Students also set up soccer goals districtwide
