Letters to Santa

Santa wants to hear from you! Please send him a letter. His elves are placing special boxes for your letters at the following locations. Make sure your letter is in there before Wednesday, Dec. 16. 

• Abby’s Pizza
• Chehalem Aquatic Center
• Chehalem Park and Recreation District Office
• Dundee Fire Station
• Newberg Public Library

Santa will try to make sure and answer every letter, so please make sure to include your full name and address, and your age. Special stationery for your letter writing is provided at each of the above locations.

Yamhill SWCD recognizes CPRD with Urban Conservation Award

Thank you, Yamhill SWCD, for recognizing CPRD with the annual Urban Conservation Award. From using reclaimed water from the City of Newberg to keep the greens green at Chehalem Glenn Golf Course, to partnering with ODOT for wetland mitigation valued at over $1 million on the banks of the Willamette River off Hwy. 219, to numerous landscaping projects aimed at increasing pollinators and restoring native vegetation, to trash clean up at Chehalem Paddle Launch, CPRD maintains an aggressive commitment to conservation in Newberg and Dundee.
