Sports Victories!

Football - Newberg 5th and 6th grades Blue team defeated West Linn Gold to claim the Perch/Pacific Division Championship Nov. 8 at Aloha H.S. stadium by a score of 20 - 8. Newberg defeated Oregon City 14 - 0 in the series finals, to advance to the championship game, finishing the season with a 9 - 1 record. Congratulations to all players, coaches and parents!

Water Polo - Congratulations to the NHS Boys Water Polo - Oregon HS Water Polo 6A Champions! This is our very own parks supervisor, Jim McMaster's 31st high school state championship as head coach!

Basketball officials needed

Basketball officials are needed for adult, middle school, and youth leagues. Games are during the week and weekend, starting mid November through early March. Application deadline is 5 p.m. Nov. 15.

Pay is $10 - $35 per game.
