Schaad Park is open and being well loved already; however, CPRD will hold a dedication celebration to mark the official opening, at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 16th at the park (on Eagle Street in The Greens past the golf course). Neighbors and park lovers in general are welcome to attend this public event. We'll provide hot dogs and refreshments from Chehalem Glenn Golf Course.
If you haven't checked out this great new addition to our park system already, be sure to stop by! There's a 30' stainless steel slide, a large climbing structure, remnants of a dinosaur, a basketball court, bike rack, and a path for a short hike up to a terrific view.
